Rehearsal Dinners
Café Vermilionville is a special setting for your Rehearsal Dinner. You can chose from our dinner menu or soup, salad, choice of three to four entrées and a choice of two to three desserts.
Your menu selections will be printed on personalized menus for your guests' convenience. We change our menu frequently to allow for seasonal changes.
An open bar can be available before dinner, with cocktails served in the Courtyard, weather permitting. Hors d' oeuvres can be offered during cocktails, butler passed by waiters. Finger foods, such as mini Crawfish Beignets, Fried Catfish Bits and Grilled Cajun Sausage and more are available.
Special arrangements can include the Cypress Room reserved for your private dinner for parties of less than forty or the Garden Room with seating up to 100. Personalized menus and assistance with floral arrangements can be provided.
